Publication Unlike large format printing, the commercial offset world is dominated by 40" presses that were built to product corporate literature and related materials. Changes in consumer demands have led to a greater variety of printing processes and revolutionized the industry. The competition is fierce and it is said that there is little a printer can do for a customer except promise either excellent quality, speedy delivery or reasonable pricing, but not all three. But at Monarch, you can have all three. • Our full heat-set web presses include the ManRoland Rotoman N. Its 16 page format with 6/6 color printing and a 23 9/16 cut off produces 8.5" x 11" high quality commercial printing. It includes a combination folder, double former folder and a super structure. • Our great variety of small format presses from high speed 6 color 29" to 2 color Perfectors for text and 6 and 8 color 40" plus gives us an edge in unusually designed size books, magazines, and other publications. Packaging In our Los Angeles and Santa Teresa plants along with our Juarex location, we have packaging facilities capable of producing work for the retail consumer market, greeting card industry and advertising world. The combination of CAD, die-cutters and folder gluers allows us to produce packaging that other companies in the Southwest are simply not capable of.
