From traditional 29" and 40" plus presses (running a sheet size up to 29" x 41") to large format ranging in sheet widths from 56" to 73" to 77", our sheet-fed equipment gives you more options for your print needs. Our 6 color full web presses run an impressive 50,000 impressions per hour, producing projects quickly and cost effectively. Our modern presses are equipped with CCI units that deliver consistent color dispersion during long runs and re-runs. This results in great quality every time! Paper Monarch Litho's production capacity includes Maxson Roll Sheeters in all of our plants. The ability to process roll-stock at over 700 feet per minute keeps our lead times low. We inventory over 5 million pounds of the most widely used paper stock to meet your quick deadlines, reduce stock variances and keep pricing consistent. Our inventory of roll-stock includes: • 80lb, 100lb, and 120lb Book and Cover Stock in Gloss, Matte, and Dull finishes • 80lb, and 100lb C1S label stock • 50lb to 70lb Web Gloss Book & Cover • And a variety of offset papers In addition to conventional paper, Monarch can also print to a wide variety of synthetic papers such as yupo and plastics like styrene, vinyl, and static cling. We can also print heavier stock 24pt board, mineral board, and rigid vinyl. We are experts on non-paper stocks such as Hop-Syn® XT, FLEXcon BUSmark®, ClingZ®. Ink We manufacture our own ink on the premises to assure stringent quality parameters whether using conventional flourescent, metallic, or UV inks. We can create custom PMS colors to get the exact color match you are looking for. We also offer customized coatings derived from our standard Aqueous, UV, and Varnish coats. All of our inks and coatings meet the most stringent EPA and Air Quality standards.		We practice use of resources in the most efficient way possible.
